Based on the current situation regarding COVID-19 in Greece (June 2021), the organizers are quite positive that the conference will take place as planned, since we are able to travel again without restrictions and all participants can attend the conference.
For countries where there are/will be still restrictions and speakers are not able to travel, the organizers will provide the opportunity to present from distance. For this case a fee reduction for the presentation of a paper will be considered.
Early bird registrations:
Due to the constantly evolving situation regarding COVID-19 travel and restrictions, the conference organizers decided to extend the early bird registration until the 3st of August 2021.
Vaccination for COVID-19
For a safer conference for all, it is obligatory for all conference participants to provide a valid certification of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test and/or a proof of fully recovered from infection, prior to the arrival in Greece/Athens and the conference location. This will be required by the University authorities and during the events (receptions, industrial visit, gala dinner and excursion).
New option for registration or full participation at both conferences
Please note that a new option has been added: The full participation at both conference activities
Conference participants can cancel their participation at any time. Only written cancellations will be accepted. If you cancel your registration no later than August 10th, 2021, the registration is cancelled free of charge. In case of cancellation after August 10th, and until August 31st, 2021, the cancellation fee will amount 50% of the conference fee stated in this registration form for participation. In case of cancellation after August 31st, 2021 the cancellation fee will amount 100% of the of the conference fee stated in this registration form for participation. In case of non-attendance no-show, we will charge in full the conference fee stated at the registration form for participation.
This policy will not be applied for registrations from countries where there are still uncertainty and/or restrictions for travel. In this case colleagues wishing to attend, should contact directly Mr. Georgios Gamprellis from the Organizational Committee at: email@example.com, for specific arrangements.
